- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆I have never encountered such poor customer service at a post office as i have here. I went in and asked for a stamped envelope and gave the lady a twenty which was all i had with me. I needed to buy an envelope and put ten dollars in the mail as a payment. The lady told me she would not break a twenty and literally said to me " you dont just have sixty one cents somewhere?". I then informed her that i did not but i would look in my car. After getting the correct amount of change i went back and purchased the envelope. I then asked the lady if she had two tens in exchange for the twenty at which she said to me " i do but would rather not". I have no plans of ever returning to this post office and will gladly go somewhere where people comprehend the meaning of customer service.By Linda Norris, October 05, 2016
